Liberty – Flower Show Midnight Garden – Chelsea Flower 955B

£16.00 mtr

The original version of Chelsea Flower was created in the 1960s and printed at Liberty’s Merton Printworks in 1965.  This small and simplified pattern features a dense network of stylised leafy trails, emphasised by bold pops of circular flowers – when viewed from a distance, the flowers resemble spots set over a textured ground.

Designed specifically for quilting, the soft Lasenby quilting cotton base is suitable for a range of creative projects, including bedspreads, cushions and cosies. It is machine washable and durable enough for daily use, with each richly coloured design created using traditional screen-printing techniques.

100% Cotton. 112cm wide.

Please select 0.25 for a fat quarter.

The Flower Show quilting collections celebrate the best in show – drawing inspiration from the glory and tradition of classic British flower shows to illustrate Liberty’s rich heritage of floral design.  Flower Show Midnight transports us to a moonlit garden strung with lanterns, where jewel plum purples and cool blues reflect the dappling of light among the trees.  The result is a rich and enigmatic palette, guaranteed to bring any crafting project into full bloom.
